We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Director to join our team and lead our efforts in the EMEA region. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most innovative and successful companies in the world, helping them to create a more engaged, resilient, and high-performing workforce. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the enterprise market, a passion for driving results, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives. If you have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with C-suite executives, a strong business acumen, and a passion for driving growth and impact, we would love to hear from you.

  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and impact in the EMEA enterprise market.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives at top companies.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for all enterprise accounts in the EMEA region.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to enterprise clients.
  5. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  6. Create and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  7. Monitor and report on key metrics and KPIs to track progress and success.
  8. Represent BetterUp at industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to continually improve our offerings.
  10. Mentor and support other team members to achieve their goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.

  • Proven Track Record In Enterprise Sales: The Enterprise Account Director Must Have A Strong Track Record Of Success In Selling Enterprise Products Or Services To Clients In The Emea Region. This Includes A Demonstrated Ability To Meet And Exceed Sales Targets, As Well As A Deep Understanding Of The Enterprise Sales Process.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of The Emea Market: A Thorough Understanding Of The Emea Market Is Essential For The Enterprise Account Director. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Business Landscape, Industry Trends, And Competitive Landscape In The Region To Effectively Identify And Pursue New Business Opportunities.

  • Strong Relationship Building Skills: The Enterprise Account Director Must Have Exceptional Interpersonal And Communication Skills To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients And Key Stakeholders. They Should Be Able To Effectively Navigate Complex Organizational Structures And Develop Trust With Senior-Level Executives.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Enterprise Account Director Must Possess Strong Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify Potential Roadblocks And Develop Creative Solutions To Drive Business Growth. They Should Also Be Able To Anticipate Client Needs And Proactively Offer Solutions To Meet Their Goals.

  • Team Leadership And Collaboration: As A Senior Member Of The Sales Team, The Enterprise Account Director Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing A Team To Achieve Common Goals. They Should Also Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, Such As Marketing, Product, And Customer Success, To Drive Success For Clients.
