As Sr. Editor & Writer for Learning Experience Design, you will be part of a creative and multidisciplinary team developing science-backed transformative experiences for our end users (i.e. members) that are delightful, engaging, and measurably effective. Inform our content roadmap and strategy, using data and analytics to support decision-making. Write content on topics including but not limited to physical, cognitive, social and emotional well-being, coaching, leadership and career development. Establish copy editing workflow processes for the Learning Experience Design team and develop the team’s learning content style guide. Lead and manage the Product/R&D Organization’s Editorial Review Board. Review in-product and off-product copy for style, readability, and adherence to editorial and brand guidelines, fostering the BetterUp voice across all content experiences. Proofread and rewrite text to improve clarity and readability of existing and new content.
At least 5 years of experience as an editor and writer with responsibility for establishing effective and efficient workflow
Experience and passion for writing science-based content related to psychology, social and emotional well-being
Highly organized and strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize and make decisions with bias towards action
