  1. Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and innovation in the direct-to-consumer space.
  2. Lead and manage the overall direct-to-consumer marketing strategy, including customer acquisition and retention.
  3. Identify and implement new and innovative marketing tactics to reach and engage target audiences.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns across various channels.
  5. Use data and analytics to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  6. Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and a strong return on investment.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in direct-to-consumer marketing, applying new insights to improve performance.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and innovation.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to support marketing efforts.
  10. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
  11. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to align on goals, priorities, and strategies.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and establishing thought leadership in the direct-to-consumer space.
