Job Description

As our Marketing Analytics manager, you will be the first in role to help determine the effectiveness of BetterUp’s marketing campaigns and programs. This role will determine key performance indicators, collecting and analyzing data, and reporting on campaign success, developing and maintaining data, and reporting processes. Produce, automate and maintain marketing-specific reporting, processes, and analysis. Track and analyze marketing campaigns, engagement and overall programs, assessing their efficacy and identifying/implementing optimizations based on your insight Drive strong collaboration with other teams to ensure alignment and consistency of data, views and metrics. Lead team to run optimizations and deep dive analysis that provide detailed, actionable recommendations on how to optimize spend across channels to meet business goals.

Job Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing or media analytics required

  • Deep understanding of key marketing metrics running the span of the purchase funnel

  • Ability to manage multiple analytical projects at a time, in an agile and results-oriented environment

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker a plus

Compensation

According to JobzMall, the average salary range for a Demand Analytics Manager, Marketing is $90,000 to $150,000 per year. Salaries may vary depending on experience, location, and other factors.
