  1. Develop and maintain relationships with global clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with BetterUp's coaching and development platform.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Onboard new clients and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout their BetterUp experience.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their goals and objectives.
  5. Identify and proactively address potential roadblocks or challenges that may impact client satisfaction or retention.
  6. Monitor and track client usage and adoption of BetterUp's platform, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  7. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, assess their satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to constantly improve the customer success process.
  9. Provide training and support to clients on how to effectively use BetterUp's platform and resources.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and progress using CRM software.
  11. Represent BetterUp at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential clients.
  12. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for BetterUp's mission and values.
  14. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks or issues to the leadership team.
  15. Continuously seek out ways to improve and enhance the customer success process to ensure maximum client satisfaction and retention.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Account Management: A Successful Candidate For The Customer Success Manager, Global Accounts Position At Betterup Should Have A Strong Background In Managing Global Accounts And A Proven Track Record Of Achieving And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Customer Success Manager, Global Accounts, Effective Communication And Relationship-Building Skills Are Essential In Order To Effectively Engage With Clients And Build Long-Term Partnerships.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess The Ability To Think Strategically And Identify Opportunities To Drive Growth And Retention Within Their Assigned Global Accounts. They Should Also Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Address Any Challenges That May Arise.

  • Knowledge Of Saas And Technology Industry: A Good Understanding Of The Saas And Technology Industry Is A Must For This Role, As The Customer Success Manager Will Be Responsible For Driving Adoption And Expansion Of Betterup's Services Within Their Assigned Global Accounts.

  • Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams: The Customer Success Manager Will Work Closely With Various Teams Within Betterup, Including Sales, Marketing, And Product, To Ensure The Success Of Their Assigned Global Accounts. Therefore, The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams Is A Key Qualification For This Role.
