Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our Corporate Development team, supporting our inorganic efforts across all business lines globally. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, innovation, and the Employe Experience ecosystem. Support the evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities and strategic initiatives, including opportunity assessment, business case development, and leading due diligence processes. Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess company valuation and synergy opportunities. Source, research, and recommend potential M&A and strategic opportunities. Frame questions, analysis and meaningful and unbiased decision points for executives / stakeholders to make informed, efficient decisions. Be a subject matter expert on our industry, adjacent spaces, and relevant other companies.

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a top-tier technology, investment banking, or management consulting role

  • Prior experience with driving buy-side M&A transactions end-to-end in a previous corporate development role is a plus

  • Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment
