  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and strategies for clients.
  4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to clients.
  5. Monitor and analyze client usage and performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
  6. Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
  7. Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  8. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their goals and expectations are being met.
  9. Provide training and support to clients on how to effectively use the BetterUp platform.
  10. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the BetterUp platform and its capabilities in order to effectively communicate and demonstrate its value to clients.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account activities.
  12. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  13. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client experience.
  14. Represent BetterUp at industry events and conferences to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Previous Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The B2B Sector.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Coaching And Employee Development Industry, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate The Value Of Betterup's Services To Potential Clients.
