Job Description

We are seeking a Wire Specialist to join Better’s fastest growing eAgency, Better Settlement Services. The Wire Specialist will be instrumental in the growth of Better’s rapidly expanding in-house title insurance agency. The Wire Specialist will be responsible for handling incoming wires, working with our banking systems and posting into our title application system. Knowledge of Client Online banking systems. Complete bulk transfer report daily and transfer funds accordingly. Periodically check banking systems for incoming wires and post to title application. Initiate, approve and release outgoing wires. Prepare check deposit in closing system and banking systems. Effectively communicate with Lender when file is out of balance Meet production goals and quality requirements as set by management.
