- Oversee and manage the company's employee stock plan, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
- Maintain accurate records of stock plan transactions and data, including employee grants, exercises, and vesting schedules.
- Communicate with employees regarding their stock plan benefits and provide exceptional customer service to address any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as HR, finance, and legal, to ensure the smooth operation and implementation of the stock plan.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to stock plan administration to ensure compliance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and maintain stock plan policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient administration.
- Prepare and distribute communications and educational materials to employees regarding the stock plan.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of stock plan data to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Assist with the preparation of stock plan reports and analysis for management and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and exercise discretion in handling stock plan-related matters.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Stock Plan Administration, Preferably In A Fast-Paced, High-Growth Environment.
Extensive Knowledge Of Equity Compensation Concepts, Practices, And Regulations.
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Deadlines Simultaneously.
