- Maintain and continuously improve Better Mortgage's people systems, ensuring they are efficient and effective for the organization's HR needs.
- Work closely with HR team to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions to enhance their processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the use of people systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Analyze and interpret data from various HR systems to identify trends and provide insights to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the HR function.
- Create and maintain user guides and training materials for HR systems to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing usage.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HR systems and processes, providing guidance and support to HR team members.
- Monitor and troubleshoot any issues with HR systems, ensuring timely resolution to minimize disruption to HR operations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR systems and data analysis, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our processes.
- Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand their needs, explain data insights, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hris Or Hr Technology, With At Least 2 Years In A Senior Or Lead Analyst Role.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Systems, Including But Not Limited To Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, And Employee Data Management.
Experience With Implementing And Managing Hr Systems, Preferably Within A Fast-Paced And Rapidly Growing Organization.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Handle And Analyze Large Datasets.
