- Work closely with clients to gather and review all necessary documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness in accordance with company and industry standards.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments and analysis of client information to determine eligibility for various loan programs and provide recommendations based on individual needs and goals.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure a smooth and ethical loan process for clients.
- Collaborate with other team members, including processors and underwriters, to ensure timely and efficient processing of loans and provide updates to clients throughout the process.

Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Current And Active State License As A Loan Officer.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Mortgage Lending, Preferably At A Bank Or Financial Institution.
