  1. Ensure company compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to the financial industry.
  2. Work closely with the compliance team to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with industry standards.
  3. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify any potential compliance issues and recommend solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and communicate any changes or updates to relevant stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance is integrated into all business processes.
  6. Develop and deliver compliance training to employees to promote understanding and adherence to regulations.
  7. Monitor and report on compliance metrics to senior management.
  8. Investigate and respond to any compliance-related complaints or inquiries.
  9. Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies.
  10. Participate in regulatory exams and audits and assist with any resulting corrective actions.
  11. Collaborate with external legal and compliance advisors when necessary.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities.
  13. Identify and address any potential compliance gaps or issues and implement corrective actions.
  14. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on compliance matters.
  15. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance compliance and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Compliance, Preferably In The Mortgage Industry

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Mortgage Lending, Such As Trid, Respa, And Hmda

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
