Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in procurement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value for the company.
Monitor and track procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide regular reports to management.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in procurement to proactively identify potential opportunities for the company.
Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Create and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
Work closely with finance and accounting teams to reconcile invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors.
Conduct market research to identify potential new vendors and evaluate their capabilities and offerings.
Train and mentor junior team members on procurement processes and best practices.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Data To Inform Procurement Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Vendors And Internal Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Procurement Software And Systems, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
