- Receive and inspect incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Verify product information, quantities, and quality against purchase orders.
- Accurately and efficiently process merchandise for storage or shipment.
- Update and maintain inventory records using computerized systems.
- Organize and store merchandise in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Ensure that all merchandise is properly labeled and tagged for easy identification.
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and fulfill orders in a timely manner.
- Communicate any discrepancies or issues with incoming merchandise to management.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Meet productivity and accuracy goals set by management.
- Continuously seek to improve processes and identify areas for efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as shipping and receiving, to ensure smooth operations.
