  1. Greet and welcome customers to Best Buy in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide expert knowledge and guidance on all Verizon products and services to customers.
  3. Assist customers in selecting the best Verizon products and services that meet their needs and budget.
  4. Educate customers on the features and benefits of Verizon products and services.
  5. Troubleshoot any technical issues that customers may have with their Verizon devices.
  6. Keep up-to-date with the latest Verizon products, services, and promotions.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  9. Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers in the Verizon section of the store.
  10. Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  11. Continuously strive to improve knowledge and expertise on Verizon products and services.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  14. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Best Buy and Verizon.
