1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Best Buy customers, with a focus on promoting and selling Verizon products and services.
2. Serve as a knowledgeable resource for all Verizon products, services, and promotions.
3. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Verizon plans, devices, and accessories, and effectively communicate this information to customers.
4. Assist customers in selecting the best Verizon products and services to meet their needs and budget.
5. Stay up-to-date on the latest Verizon products, services, and promotions to effectively promote and sell them to customers.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing a personalized and positive shopping experience.
7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
8. Effectively handle and process customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure all customer needs are met and sales goals are achieved.
10. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance by seeking feedback and implementing new ideas and strategies.
11. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including product displays and inventory.
