  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest Verizon products, services, and promotions in order to effectively educate and inform customers.
  4. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Verizon products and services in order to accurately answer customer questions and make recommendations.
  5. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
  6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for customers.
  7. Utilize effective communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador for both Best Buy and Verizon, promoting their products and services to customers.
  9. Assist with inventory management and merchandising to ensure products are accurately stocked and displayed.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development programs.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times, including but not limited to customer privacy and security guidelines.
  12. Support store operations by completing tasks such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  13. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively compete in the market.
  14. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
  15. Work with management to identify and implement strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
  16. Collaborate with other departments and teams within Best Buy to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  17. Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
  18. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.
  19. Comply with all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working environment for both employees and customers.
  20. Represent Best Buy and Verizon in a positive and professional manner both in-store and in the community.
