  4. Recommend Verizon products and services that best fit the customers' needs and budget.
  5. Demonstrate knowledge of current and upcoming technology trends and updates.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of all Verizon products and services and stay updated on any changes or updates.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Act as a liaison between customers and Verizon, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
  9. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's POS system.
