  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of technology and be able to effectively communicate and educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate Verizon products and services.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques, such as upselling and cross-selling, to drive revenue and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Continuously learn and stay informed about the ever-evolving technology and communications industry to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members and store management to create a positive and productive work environment.
  • Keep track of inventory and assist with product merchandising to ensure a visually appealing and organized sales floor.

  • Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
