At Best Buy, we are looking for a Verizon Specialist to join our team of knowledgeable and friendly staff. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the Verizon department and requires a strong knowledge of Verizon products and services.The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers to identify their needs and provide helpful solutions. A background in sales and/or customer service is strongly preferred. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding customer service to customers in the Verizon department.
  2. Identify customer needs and provide helpful solutions.
  3. Assist customers in making decisions regarding Verizon products and services.
  4. Utilize sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
  5. Maintain knowledge of current Verizon products and services.
  6. Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  7. Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  8. Upsell additional products and services.
  9. Process customer payments.
  10. Ensure customer inquiries are answered in a timely manner.
