Job Description

We’re looking for a Verizon Specialist at Best Buy who can provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise to Verizon customers. As a Verizon Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for all things related to Verizon products and services. You should have a strong knowledge of the latest Verizon products, services, and promotions, as well as a friendly and helpful attitude. If you’re an outgoing and tech-savvy individual who enjoys helping people, this could be the perfect job for you. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to quickly troubleshoot technical issues. You should also have an understanding of Verizon service plans and products, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell Verizon products. If you have previous experience in a customer service role and a passion for technology, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to Verizon customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful attitude.
  2. Answer questions and provide technical advice about Verizon products, services, and promotions.
  3. Quickly troubleshoot technical issues related to Verizon products and services.
  4. Explain Verizon service plans and products to customers.
  5. Upsell and cross-sell Verizon products.
  6. Remain up-to-date on the latest Verizon products and services.
  7. Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and transactions.
  8. Provide feedback to team members regarding customer needs and preferences.
