We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Sony Home Theater Specialist to join our team and share their expertise with our valued customers. As a Sony Home Theater Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding and assisting customers in finding the perfect Sony home theater system for their needs. This position requires a passion for home theater technology, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong understanding of Sony products. If you have a love for all things Sony and enjoy helping others enhance their home entertainment experience, we want to hear from you!

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in-store, over the phone, and via online communication channels.
  2. Greet and welcome customers into the store, making them feel valued and comfortable.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest Sony home theater products and technology, including features, specs, and pricing.
  4. Act as a knowledgeable resource for customers, answering questions and providing product recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
  5. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Sony products, including home theater systems, soundbars, speakers, and accessories.
  6. Assist customers in finding the perfect Sony home theater system for their budget, space, and personal preferences.
  7. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and capabilities of Sony home theater systems.
  8. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with their Sony products.
  9. Collaborate with team members to create engaging displays and promotions for Sony home theater products.
  10. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling Sony home theater products to customers.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including product displays and inventory.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development programs.
  13. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, striving to find solutions that meet their needs.
  14. Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and build brand loyalty.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, sales processes, inventory management, and customer service standards.
