
Services Experience Supervisor
Are you an experienced supervisor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Best Buy is looking for a Services Experience Supervisor to help lead our Services team and ensure that customers have the best possible experience whenever they visit our stores. We’re looking for a customer service superstar who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has a great attitude.We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You must also have the ability to work in a team environment, as well as the ability to motivate and lead your team to success. Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of customer service associates to provide exceptional customer service
- Assist in resolving customer service issues and complaints
- Monitor store performance and ensure customer service standards are being met
- Lead store meetings and training sessions
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback and create reports
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
- Perform store operations tasks as needed
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered in the store
