Services Experience Supervisor

Best Buy is looking for a Services Experience Supervisor to help lead our Services team and ensure that customers have the best possible experience whenever they visit our stores. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and motivate a team of customer service associates to provide exceptional customer service
2. Assist in resolving customer service issues and complaints
3. Monitor store performance and ensure customer service standards are being met
4. Lead store meetings and training sessions
5. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
7. Analyze customer feedback and create reports
8. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
9. Perform store operations tasks as needed
10. Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered in the store
