Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Services Experience Supervisor at Best Buy to join our team and help us provide customers with an amazing shopping experience. As the Services Experience Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Services department, driving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of Service professionals. To be successful in this position, you’ll need to be an organized, detail-oriented leader with excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Services department
  • Motivate and lead a team of Service professionals
  • Set objectives and goals for the Services department
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide an amazing shopping experience
  • Monitor customer service metrics and adjust strategies as needed
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Implement customer service best practices
  • Monitor and enforce store policies and procedures
  • Develop employee training programs to ensure customer service standards are met
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Keep up to date with changes in the Services industry
