Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Services Experience Supervisor to join the team at Best Buy. As the Services Experience Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction, overseeing the daily operations of the services team and ensuring that our customers receive the best service possible. You will be the face of the store and will be expected to maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role. You must possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Professional public speaking and presentation experience is also preferred. In addition, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative to get the job done.You must be a motivated, energetic individual who can think and act quickly. Most importantly, you must be passionate about providing an outstanding customer service experience and be committed to meeting and exceeding all customer service expectations. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide leadership and direction to the services team, ensuring the highest level of customer service is achieved and maintained.
  2. Oversee daily operations of the services team, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
  3. Ensure the store’s customer service goals are met and exceeded.
  4. Resolve customer service issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with store personnel and customers.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by the store.
  7. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  8. Monitor customer feedback and develop plans to continuously improve the customer service experience.
  9. Analyze customer service data to identify areas for improvement.
  10. Prepare and present customer service reports to store management.
