Best Buy is looking for a Services Experience Supervisor to provide outstanding customer service in one of our stores. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for creating a customer experience that is second-to-none while driving excellence in customer service, sales, and operational execution.We are looking for a motivated individual who is organized, customer-focused, and has the ability to think outside the box. In order to be successful in this role, you must have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate team members, and be able to successfully manage multiple tasks. You must be comfortable interacting with customers on a daily basis and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You must also have a minimum of two years of retail management experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service and are looking for a challenging role that will let you grow both professionally and personally, then this is the job for you. Responsibilities:

  1. Create a customer experience that is second-to-none and drive excellence in customer service, sales, and operational execution.
  2. Motivate and lead team members in order to achieve store goals.
  3. Interact with customers on a daily basis and ensure they receive outstanding customer service.
  4. Manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines.
  5. Monitor store operations and ensure that sales and customer service standards are met.
  6. Train and coach staff members to help them develop their skills.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
  9. Maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
  10. Assist with store merchandising and display set up.
