Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise a team of customer service representatives and ensure that customers receive exceptional service.
  2. Monitor team performance and ensure profitability of the team.
  3. Coach and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service.
  4. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  5. Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
  6. Handle customer queries and ensure timely and accurate response.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action to address customer needs.
  8. Analyze customer data and use to improve customer service experience.
  9. Ensure compliance with customer service standards and legal regulations.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and external partners.
