  1. Greet and welcome customers to Best Buy with a positive and friendly attitude.
  2. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Best Buy’s products and services to effectively assist customers with their purchases.
  3. Utilize strong sales techniques to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers’ needs and offering personalized recommendations.
  5. Serve as a role model for the team by consistently demonstrating Best Buy’s values and standards of service.
  6. Train and mentor sales associates, providing guidance and support to help them improve their sales skills.
  7. Stay up to date on the latest technology and product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits and features to customers.
  8. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to share best practices and improve overall performance.
  9. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, striving to find solutions that meet both the customer’s needs and Best Buy’s policies.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as inventory and customer service, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  11. Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions using Best Buy’s sales and customer service systems.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement in personal sales techniques and overall store performance.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work area to provide a welcoming and professional environment for customers.
  15. Represent Best Buy in a professional and positive manner at all times, both inside and outside of the store.

Job Qualifications
