Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide them with a positive and memorable shopping experience.
2. Utilize sales and customer service expertise to provide customers with outstanding service and help them find the products that are right for them.
3. Provide customers with product information, answer their questions, and make recommendations.
4. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked with merchandise.
5. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
6. Process payments and complete all necessary paperwork.
7. Train and mentor new staff members.
8. Stay up-to-date on all new products and services.
9. Monitor and track sales performance.
10. Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures.
