  3. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all Samsung home theater products, including features, specifications, and compatibility.
  4. Provide detailed and accurate information to customers about Samsung home theater products, including pricing, promotions, and warranties.
  5. Actively listen to customers’ needs and preferences to recommend the most suitable Samsung products for their home entertainment setup.
