  1. Greeting and welcoming customers as they enter the store and directing them to the home theater section.
  2. Assisting customers in selecting the right Samsung home theater products that best fit their needs and budget.
  3. Providing in-depth knowledge and expertise on Samsung home theater systems and the latest technology trends.
  4. Demonstrating the features and benefits of Samsung products to customers.
  5. Answering any questions or concerns customers may have about Samsung products or home theater systems in general.
  6. Upselling and cross-selling additional Samsung products and accessories.
  7. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  8. Maintaining a clean and organized home theater section, including product displays and inventory.
  9. Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and attending trainings to continually improve expertise.
  10. Meeting and exceeding sales goals and targets set by the company.
  11. Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  12. Resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Keeping track of inventory and placing orders for products when needed.
  14. Following all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  15. Representing the Best Buy brand and promoting a positive image of the company at all times.
