In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to customers looking to enhance their home theater experience with Samsung products.   1. Provide expert knowledge and guidance on Samsung home theater products to customers.
  2. Assist customers in finding the perfect audio and visual setup for their home entertainment system.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest Samsung home theater products and technologies.
  4. Educate customers on the features and benefits of Samsung products.
  5. Demonstrate and explain product functionality to customers.
  6. Help customers troubleshoot any issues with their Samsung home theater systems.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including product displays and demo areas.
  9. Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.

  • Experience In Sales And Customer Service: Best Buy Values Individuals Who Have A Strong Background In Sales And Customer Service. The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have Experience In Retail Sales, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Providing Exceptional Customer Service.
