  1. Greet and welcome customers to Best Buy in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Utilize extensive knowledge of Samsung home theater products to assist customers in finding the right system for their needs and budget.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest Samsung home theater products and their features and benefits.
  4. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  5. Demonstrate and explain the features and functions of Samsung home theater products to customers.
  6. Assist customers with setting up and connecting their new home theater systems.
