1. Receive and inspect incoming shipments of products, ensuring accuracy and quality.
2. Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, utilizing proper labeling and storage techniques.
3. Prepare products for delivery to customers, including packaging and labeling.
4. Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring safe handling of products.
5. Collaborate with retail team to fulfill customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
6. Keep warehouse clean and organized to promote a safe working environment.
7. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to management.
8. Assist in conducting inventory audits and report any discrepancies to management.
9. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating equipment and handling products.
10. Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both in person and over the phone.
11. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate completion of tasks.
12. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and pricing to effectively assist customers with inquiries.
13. Communicate any issues or concerns regarding products or inventory to management.
14. Continuously seek ways to improve warehouse efficiency and processes.
15. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
