Retail Warehouse Associate

1. Receive and process incoming inventory from suppliers and vendors.
2. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage and organization of products.
3. Assist customers with locating and retrieving products from the warehouse.
4. Prepare products for display and sale on the sales floor.
5. Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies to management.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate product replenishment on the sales floor.
7. Keep the warehouse clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
8. Train new team members on warehouse procedures and processes.
9. Communicate effectively with both customers and team members to provide exceptional service.
10. Stay updated on the latest technology and products to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
11. Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
12. Assist with fulfilling online orders and processing customer returns.
13. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
