1. Receive and stock merchandise in the retail warehouse.
2. Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies.
3. Assist customers with their purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
4. Ensure that the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe for employees and customers.
5. Operate forklifts and other equipment to move and store merchandise.
6. Unload and load delivery trucks, verifying the accuracy of shipments.
7. Prepare merchandise for display and sales floor replenishment.
8. Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
9. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
10. Assist in fulfilling online orders and preparing them for shipping.
11. Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.
12. Keep track of stock levels and notify management when inventory is low.
13. Ensure that all products are labeled and priced accurately.
14. Attend training sessions and stay updated on the latest technology and products.
15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.
16. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
17. Assist in training new warehouse associates.
18. Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager or supervisor.
