1. Receive and process incoming shipments from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Organize and maintain inventory levels in the warehouse, including tracking and restocking products.
3. Prepare and pack items for customer orders, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
4. Collaborate with sales associates to fulfill customer orders and provide exceptional service.
5. Keep warehouse area clean and organized, adhering to safety and company standards.
6. Utilize warehouse management systems and equipment to track and manage inventory.
7. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory levels, customer orders, and any issues that may arise.
8. Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory and sales, and participate in inventory counts as needed.
9. Follow and enforce company policies and procedures, including security and safety measures.
10. Continuously strive to improve warehouse efficiency and processes to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
11. Provide support to other departments as needed, including assisting with in-store tasks and customer service.
12. Stay knowledgeable about the latest products and promotions to assist customers and make product recommendations.
13. Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
