6. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
7. Continuously monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or shortages to management.
8. Participate in regular inventory counts and assist in identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, inventory control, loss prevention, and safety standards.
10. Stay knowledgeable about product features, pricing, and promotions in order to provide accurate information to customers.
11. Assist in maintaining a positive and welcoming store environment by actively engaging with customers and promoting a customer-centric culture.
12. Proactively seek out opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and customer service.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the store.
