Retail Warehouse Associate

1. Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of products in an accurate and timely manner.
2. Safely and efficiently store products in designated locations within the warehouse.
3. Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
4. Prepare and pack products for shipment to retail stores or customers.
5. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
6. Keep warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
7. Assist with unloading and loading delivery trucks as needed.
8. Collaborate with other team members to fulfill orders and meet deadlines.
9. Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management.
10. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
11. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
12. Cross-train in other areas of the warehouse as needed.
13. Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
14. Adhere to all legal and company regulations for handling and storing products.
15. Continuously seek to improve product knowledge and stay updated on new technology trends.
16. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing the company.
17. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
18. Assist with any other duties as assigned by management.
