Strong Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Sales Or Customer Service Role, Preferably In The Technology Or Telecommunications Industry.
Knowledge Of Verizon Products And Services: The Retail Sales Specialist Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Verizon's Products And Services, Including Smartphones, Tablets, Plans, And Accessories. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Educate And Assist Customers In Making Informed Purchasing Decisions.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Sales Specialist, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Promote Verizon Products And Services.
