- Educate and assist customers: The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by educating and assisting customers with the latest smart home technology, health and wellness products, and wearable devices.
- Drive sales: The primary responsibility of the Retail Sales Specialist will be to drive sales and meet or exceed set sales goals for the Smart Home, Health and Wearables department.
- Stay up-to-date with technology: The specialist must have a passion for the latest technology trends and stay informed about the latest products in the market.
- Demonstrate product knowledge: The Retail Sales Specialist will be expected to have a deep understanding of the products in the Smart Home, Health and Wearables department and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service: The specialist must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Meet and greet customers: The specialist will be responsible for greeting and engaging with customers as they enter the store, building rapport and establishing a positive relationship with them.
- Conduct product demonstrations: The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the latest technology products.
- Upsell and cross-sell products: The specialist must have strong sales skills and be able to upsell and cross-sell products to customers in order to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Maintain store appearance: The specialist will be responsible for keeping the Smart Home, Health and Wearables department clean, organized and visually appealing at all times.
- Stay informed about promotions and discounts: The specialist must stay informed about any promotions or discounts offered by the company and effectively communicate them to customers to drive sales.

Knowledge Of Smart Home Technology: A Retail Sales Specialist Should Have In-Depth Knowledge Of Various Smart Home Devices, Such As Smart Thermostats, Security Systems, And Voice Assistants. This Includes Understanding How They Work, Their Features And Benefits, And How They Integrate With Other Devices.
Familiarity With Health And Wearable Technology: In Addition To Smart Home Technology, A Retail Sales Specialist Should Also Be Knowledgeable About Health And Wearable Technology, Such As Fitness Trackers, Smartwatches, And Other Health Monitoring Devices. This Includes Understanding The Different Brands And Models Available, Their Functions And Capabilities, And How To Troubleshoot Common Issues.
Sales Experience: A Retail Sales Specialist Should Have Previous Experience In A Sales Role, Preferably In Retail. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Providing Excellent Customer Service. Experience In Selling Technology Products Is Also Preferred.
