  1. Greet and welcome customers to Best Buy, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  2. Utilize strong product knowledge to provide personalized solutions and recommendations to customers based on their needs.
  3. Exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling products and services to customers.
  4. Demonstrate a strong understanding of technology and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and products.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and follow-up.
  6. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and available for customers.
  8. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and customer interactions.
  9. Meet and exceed performance expectations and sales goals set by management.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, cash handling and inventory management.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for Best Buy, representing the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  12. Maintain a positive and high-energy attitude, creating a fun and engaging environment for customers and team members.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience and provide feedback to management.
  14. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
