  3. Create a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers by providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns.
  4. Drive sales by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, upselling, and promoting new products and services.
  5. Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing, with proper merchandise displays and signage.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  8. Enforce loss prevention measures to protect company assets and minimize shrinkage.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and inventory management, to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
