1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed effectively and efficiently.
2. Train, mentor, and supervise a team of retail associates to ensure they provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
3. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.
4. Monitor and analyze sales and customer service metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

10. Assist with the scheduling, inventory management, and merchandising of products to maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store.
11. Maintain a safe and clean working environment for employees and customers by enforcing company policies and procedures.
12. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating excellent customer service, product knowledge, and sales skills.
13. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate company updates, sales goals, and provide training opportunities.
14. Proactively identify and implement strategies to increase store profitability and efficiency.
15. Uphold all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, employee code of conduct, safety, and security protocols.
