  3. Train and motivate sales team members to provide exceptional customer service.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Lead by example and demonstrate excellent customer service skills to inspire team members.
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and products offered by Best Buy.
  8. Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
  9. Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to ensure smooth store operations.
  10. Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  11. Create and maintain a positive and teamwork-oriented work environment.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development for team members.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as inventory and merchandising, to ensure product availability and proper display.
  14. Monitor and maintain store appearance and cleanliness standards.
  15. Execute company initiatives and promotions effectively.
  16. Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and upper management.
  17. Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  18. Adhere to all safety and security protocols.
  19. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
  20. Represent Best Buy and its values in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
