  1. Supervise and lead a team of retail associates to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.

  4. Monitor and track sales performance and provide coaching and guidance to team members to achieve sales targets.

  7. Assist in inventory management and ensure products are displayed effectively to drive sales.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members for their development.
  9. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  10. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures and ensure team members adhere to them.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the store.
  12. Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning within the store.
  13. Handle any escalated customer issues and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  14. Keep abreast of competitor activities and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  15. Represent the company and act as a brand ambassador at all times.

Job Qualifications
