As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional service and drive sales.   1. Oversee and lead a team of sales associates to ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
  2. Train and coach sales associates on customer service techniques and best practices to improve the overall shopping experience for customers.
  3. Monitor sales floor activity to ensure that all customers are being assisted and their needs are being met.
  4. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers by enforcing company policies and procedures.
  5. Motivate and inspire the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  6. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to sales associates to help them improve their skills and reach their full potential.
  7. Handle customer escalations and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, promotions, and services to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as inventory and operations, to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management on potential areas of improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Supervisory Experience In A Retail Environment.
