1. Provide exceptional leadership and support to sales associates to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
2. Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, scheduling, and ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained.
3. Act as a role model for exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
4. Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
5. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and product knowledge to effectively assist customers and provide recommendations.

8. Collaborate with other supervisors and management to achieve business goals and objectives.
9. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
10. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to sales associates.
11. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
