  1. Lead and supervise a team of sales associates to ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
  2. Create a positive and engaging work environment for the team, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  3. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
  4. Monitor and track sales performance, providing coaching and feedback to team members to drive sales and meet targets.
  5. Ensure that the store is visually appealing and well-stocked at all times.
  6. Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Collaborate with other supervisors and management to develop and implement strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing support and feedback to team members.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide customers with accurate and relevant information.
  10. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures, and ensure they are consistently followed by all team members.
  11. Schedule and assign tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure efficient store operations.
  12. Foster a strong customer-centric culture within the team, leading by example in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  13. Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the retail experience for both customers and team members.
  14. Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols within the store.
  15. Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to achieve company goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Retail Experience, Preferably In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.
