  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of retail employees to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and products, and ensure that employees are knowledgeable and trained on these products.
  4. Create a welcoming and engaging environment for both customers and employees, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute promotions, events, and other initiatives to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to increase sales and profitability.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback, coaching, and training to employees to help them grow and excel in their roles.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
  9. Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance the overall efficiency of the retail experience.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for Best Buy, representing the company's values and mission to both customers and employees.
  12. Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement long-term strategies for the retail experience at Best Buy.
